Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by beeOONS (a brand fully owned by Arab-Italian Group for Tourism and Travel), including the website www.beeoons.com, sub-platforms, and mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and beeOONS.
Services Description
beeOONS provides comprehensive digital tourism services, including:
- Hotel bookings and accommodation reservation services
- Airline ticket issuance and flight reservations
- Ground transportation and transfer services
- Tourism programs and travel packages
- Car rental booking services
- Related travel and tourism services
These services are provided on a wholesale (B2B) basis to companies, commercial agencies, and banks, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
User Registration & Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms.
Booking & Reservation Terms
All bookings made through our platform are subject to the following conditions:
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.)
- Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for
- Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address associated with your account
- It is your responsibility to verify all booking details, including dates, names, and special requests
- Additional charges, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination and service provider
- Special requests (room type, bed configuration, etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the platform
- Currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the user
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and issue a full refund
- All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms vary based on the type of service and the provider's specific policies:
- Free Cancellation: Some bookings may offer free cancellation within a specified period before the service date
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain discounted rates may be non-refundable and non-changeable
- Partial Refunds: Cancellations outside the free cancellation window may incur fees as specified in the booking terms
- No-Show: Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation may result in full charges
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
We strongly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation policy for each booking before confirmation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the beeOONS platform is protected by intellectual property laws:
- The beeOONS brand name, logo, visual identity, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Arab-Italian Group for Tourism and Travel
- All website content, including text, graphics, images, software, and design elements, is protected by copyright
- Electronic domains, technical systems, applications, databases, and digital content are proprietary assets
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent
User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or systems
- Not engage in any activity that could disable, damage, or impair our services
- Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our platform without authorization
- Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
- Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas) are valid and up to date for your journey
- Comply with all applicable local and international travel regulations
Limitation of Liability
beeOONS acts as an intermediary between users and travel service providers. Therefore:
- We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party suppliers
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service changes made by airlines, hotels, or other providers
- We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for losses due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.)
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption, medical emergencies and evacuation, lost or delayed baggage, and travel delays and missed connections.
beeOONS is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait.
The company is registered with the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry — Kuwait, accredited by the General Civil Aviation Authority — Kuwait, and holds an active membership with the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Modifications to Terms
beeOONS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
